About Debra & Angie
Debra has been actively working as an advocate for her eastside clients
since 1987, mostly as REALTOR with Windermere Real Estate/East, Inc.
She knows the neighborhoods of Seattle’s eastside: Bellevue, Kirkland,
Redmond, Woodinville, Issaquah, and Sammamish and has sold homes
in many of the communities and in a variety of price ranges. She’s had
fun working with buyers and sellers over the years, helping them to
make a move.
Debra believes it’s important to bring local/national economic
information, real estate tips, trends, and other newsworthy data to her
clients. She’s actively committed to the local community, volunteering
her time to learn about issues affecting home owners’ right in their
“backyard.” Debra participates in Inman News bi-annual real estate
conferences, meeting with industry leaders in real estate and
technology. She spends considerable time gathering data regarding real
estate, making sure both she and her group are providing the most
relevant, cutting edge information and ideas. One of the few real estate
bloggers on Seattle’s Eastside, Debra is bringing the latest information
and data to the public through her blogs every week.
To better meet the changing needs of her clients and the marketplace,
Debra partnered with Angie Bondurant in 2005, Sonya Browder was
added to the team. Each has been in real estate for many years, using
their extensive experience to make their clients move as stress free as
possible. Angie’s strong people skills are an asset to both buyers and
sellers. Sonya’s attention to detail and follow-up brings the sellers all
the latest information on their home.

more traditional Realtor websites. Your home will be advertised on

The team creates a photo marketing campaign for each client’s home,
neighborhood, schools, and parks, using professional photography and
video. With quality marketing materials, the teams’ listings become
memorable to buyers. In fact, many of the people who buy the team’s
listings call Debra and Angie back to market their homes when they
