Just as some added info, here are some things that we REALLY appreciated about dealing with the two of you:
1) Meeting everyone at the beginning
2) Looking at our own pace (sending us listings whenever, no pressure to look early when we were planning on buying at the end of the year)
3) Advice about seeing more homes (because we waited and saw a few more houses before making the offer, we were much happier with our decision)
4) No pressure (there were several times when we could have been easily pushed either way, and we never felt that pressure)
5) Always providing all the options (for example, when we were nervous about the insulation situation, Debra just laid out all the options and suggested we do not write anything until we decide exactly what we wanted to do. There were several occasions like this.)
6) Referrals (Everyone you referred, inspections, loan officer, etc, were all very good people)
7) Calming us down (Angie helped us to see the side of the seller, especially on the furnace situation, which made us feel much more at ease)
8) Meeting after hours (It worked out great that Angie lived so close to us, and was a great benefit not having to head up to the Windermere office too much)(I think we were only there twice...)
